What payment methods do you take?

We accept payment online using Paypal, we accept all credit cards and debit cards. 

There are no extra fees for card and payment transactions.

We do not accept Cash on Delivery.

Do you deliver to my suburb?

Please check the list of suburbs we deliver to on our Shipping Policy page.

When will I receive my order?

If you placed your order before Midday 12pm, you will receive your order the same afternoon / early evening. 

If we received your order after midday, you will receive your order the following delivery day. 

If you placed your order on Saturday after midday, you will receive your order on Monday.

I didn't receive some items I ordered

If your order is missing any items, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a refund of the item or a delivery of the missing item to you.

What happens if I am not happy with my order?

Please send a photo of what you are unhappy with to contact@sunnybankfruit.com.au and your order number.

If your product is stored correctly, we are happy to refund within 5 days of your order.

I forgot to add items to my order. Can I modify it?

If it is before 12pm on the day of delivery, please phone or email contact@sunnybankfruit.com.au and we will amend your order.

Is there a minimum order $ amount?

There is NO minimum order amount to receive home delivery.
