Kang Kong

Kang kong   or  ong choy

Is a common vegetable in many parts of Asia .The hollow stems have a crunchy texture which contrasts

well with the tender leaves. The flavour is slightly sweet making it great in salads or lightly stir fried with

chilli  and garlic . Cook on a high heat until leaves are just wilted.
